Limassol old town and waterfront
Start around the old port and choose between old-town streets and open waterfront space. This is a flexible self-guided outing: stop for a museum, a meal or a shorter promenade stroll according to the day you want.

Central Limassol, around the old port and Molos.
2–4 hours with breaks or a museum stop. This is an editorial allowance, excluding travel.
Choose a walking segment; this is not a measured step-free route.
Choose your city stops

Castle area
Use the castle area as your old-town orientation point. Museum admission is a separate decision; the surrounding streets also make a useful place to pause.

Molos promenade
Choose the seafront for open space and outdoor sculpture. Turn back when you have walked enough instead of assuming you need to cover the full waterfront.

Marina waterfront
Add a look at the marina if it suits your route. Keep it as an optional waterfront extension rather than another compulsory sightseeing stop.
Plan your visit
A simple route shape
Begin at the old port, explore the castle-area streets, then return to the seafront for a Molos stroll. This editorial route is inspired by the tourism authority’s city walk; it is not a booked guided tour or a promise of its current departure schedule.
Make the walk fit your group
Use a shorter promenade segment with a café break if you are travelling with children or prefer less walking. Cross streets carefully and check the actual approach where kerbs, paving or mobility needs matter.
Keep regional trips separate
Kourion and Lady’s Mile require their own transport planning. Add one on another outing rather than trying to combine an old-town walk with every attraction west of the city.
Getting there: choose your transport
Bus
Use EMEL’s current urban route map for a stop near your chosen old-port or Molos starting point. Route 30 is listed between My Mall and Parklane, but check its stop sequence and the final walk rather than assuming a door-to-door old-town service.

Agree a road-accessible drop-off near the old port or castle area. Pick a clear return landmark; pedestrian streets may require a nearby pickup rather than collection outside a shop.
Rental car
Park once in a signed public parking area and explore on foot. Check local payment and restrictions before leaving the vehicle. Choose a shorter walk if the parking-to-waterfront approach exceeds your group’s needs.

Questions about your visit
Is this an organised guided tour?
No. It is an editorial self-guided suggestion. The tourism authority links a separate organised city walk; check its current booking arrangements if you want a guide.
Do I need a car between these stops?
You can choose a central walking outing after reaching your starting point. The exact amount of walking depends on the stops and parking or bus stop you choose.
