Visiting Lady’s Mile Beach
Lady’s Mile is a long coastal stretch rather than a single entrance. Decide which section and facilities you want before travelling, then plan a return from that same named location.

Eastern side of Akrotiri, near Limassol.
2–4 hours, or a relaxed beach day. This is an editorial allowance, excluding travel.
Choose a beach section or named venue before setting directions.

Plan your visit
Choose facilities first
The tourism authority lists toilets, showers, changing facilities, loungers and umbrellas, and notes restaurant facilities along the coast. Availability varies by section and season. Confirm the facilities at your chosen spot rather than assuming they serve the whole shoreline.
Read the conditions on arrival
A published description of shallow water is not a swimming guarantee. Follow flags and posted instructions. The authority lists an April–October lifeguard season; confirm the actual coverage and hours where you stop.
Keep the outing focused
Enjoy one beach section with a meal or rest rather than attempting the entire shoreline. Nearby wetland areas are a separate visit; stay on permitted access routes and do not drive across sensitive ground.
Getting there: choose your transport
Bus
The tourism page mentions bus access, but a stop at your chosen beach section has not been verified. Use EMEL’s current map and ask about the final walk and return. Do not treat a service to My Mall as proof of beach-front access.
Check a bus journeyChoose the matching place in the planner. No stop or entrance has been automatically selected.Taxi
Give the driver a named beach section or venue and agree a pickup point accessible by road. Confirm the fare and return arrangements; a broad Lady’s Mile map pin is insufficient for a long shoreline.
Rental car
The official listing mentions parking. Follow local signs for your chosen section and check road conditions and rental terms before using an unpaved approach. Availability and tariffs are not guaranteed.

Questions about your visit
Is there one main beach entrance?
Plan around a specific section or venue. The beach extends along several kilometres, so a generic destination may leave you far from the facilities you want.
Can I rely on shallow water for children?
No. Conditions vary. Supervise children and follow beach flags and local instructions.
