Ayia Napa · A suggested day
One day in Ayia Napa
Make one beach the centre of your day, then add a harbour finish if you still feel like exploring. This suggested sequence leaves time to enjoy the place instead of combining western beaches, every Cape Greco viewpoint and the resort centre in one rushed circuit.

Western Ayia Napa beaches, with an optional harbour finish.
One relaxed day, with flexible start and finish times. This is an editorial allowance, excluding travel.
Choose one beach and establish both transfers before leaving.
A relaxed beach-and-harbour day

Morning: choose one beach
Start with Nissi if you want an active beach scene. Choose Makronissos instead if its adjoining bays appeal. Allow a few hours at the beach you select rather than transferring between both.

Midday: a meal and a longer pause
Stay near your chosen beach for a food break or more beach time. This stage is deliberately flexible; it does not depend on a named restaurant, a reservation or an unverified opening time.

Later: optional harbour finish
If you want a change of scene, transfer to the harbour area for a stroll and a meal. Skip this stage if you prefer a full beach day or if the return connection is inconvenient.
Plan your visit
Set the return before the first transfer
Check how you will get from your accommodation to the beach, whether you want the later harbour transfer, and how you will return. The sequence uses flexible stages rather than exact departure times because schedules and starting points differ.
A nature-day alternative
Replace the western-beach outing with one Cape Greco walk and optional Konnos beach time. Use the shared park guide to choose a trailhead and approach. This is an alternative day, not an extra stage squeezed between Nissi and the harbour.
Adapt the day to your group
Choose fewer transfers with children, limited walking tolerance or a preference for a slower day. Follow beach flags and posted instructions. A rental car can simplify some transfers but still needs parking and a walk at each stop.
Getting there: choose your transport
Bus
OSEA route 201 covers the western beach corridor. Check the stop for your selected beach and any harbour transfer using the current map and timetable. If choosing the nature alternative, use the 101/102 corridor and verify the trailhead approach separately.

Arrange the beach entrance first, then decide whether to book a separate harbour transfer. Agree fares and pickup points for each leg. For the nature alternative, arrange a return from the specific park starting point before beginning a walk.
Rental car
Park for the beach you choose, then use separate directions and parking for an optional harbour visit. Follow local restrictions and allow for each final walk. The nature alternative requires a specific trailhead rather than a generic Cape Greco pin.

Questions about your visit
Can I add every Cape Greco stop to this day?
Choose the nature alternative instead. A focused walk and nearby beach are more realistic than adding the whole park to western beaches and the harbour.
Are the stages tied to fixed hours?
No. They are editorial suggestions. Set departure and return times from the current timetable, your starting point and the pace of your group.
